  Advertisers must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. The Advertiser guarantees that all information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date.


• Advertisement Approval
  All advertisements are subject to review and approval by the Platform. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or request modifications to any advertisement that:
  • Ensuring all claims are truthful and substantiated.
  • Contains misleading, false, or offensive content.
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Is deemed inappropriate or irrelevant to the Platform’s audience.


• Advertisement Content
  Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their advertisements, including:
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Complying with all applicable advertising standards and regulations.
  • Not infringing on the rights of any third party.
  • The Platform will not be liable for any claims arising from the content of advertisements.


• Payment Terms
  • Advertisers must pay all applicable fees as per the agreed pricing model.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
  
  
• Duration and Placement
  • The Platform will make reasonable efforts to display advertisements as agreed.
  • Exact placement, visibility, and reach cannot be guaranteed and may vary based on user engagement and Platform algorithms.
  
  
• Intellectual Property Rights
  • The Advertiser retains ownership of their content.
  • By submitting content, the Advertiser grants the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute the content.
  
  
• Confidentiality
  Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of this agreement.


• Indemnification
  Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold the Platform harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their advertisements, including legal fees.


• Limitation of Liability
  The Platform will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its advertising services.


• Termination
  • Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.
  • The Platform may terminate services immediately if the Advertiser breaches these Terms.
  
  
• Changes to Terms
  The Platform reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Advertisers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
